Booking Your Stay at The Sahil
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 12 PM. Our front desk operates 24 hours, so arrivals and departures outside these times can always be accommodated.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, subject to room availability on the day. Please call the front desk on +91 22 2308 1421 in advance to arrange. Significant adjustments to either end of the stay may carry an additional charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you book. Standard reservations can usually be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without charge. Non-refundable rates cannot be amended or cancelled. Specific terms are listed on your booking confirmation, contact reservations for any clarification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), UPI, net banking and cash. International guests may pay in Indian Rupees or, at front-desk discretion, in major foreign currencies.
All Things Dining at The Sahil
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Complimentary multi-cuisine breakfast at Bluet, our all-day coffee shop on the lobby level, is included with every stay. Breakfast is served from 7 AM, with continental, Indian and South Indian options daily.
What are the dining timings at Rivaaz and Bluet?
Rivaaz (Awadhi, Mughlai & Punjabi, halal kitchen): lunch 12 PM - 3 PM and dinner 7 PM - 12 AM.
Bluet (all-day multi-cuisine): open 7 AM - 1:30 AM, daily.
Both sit on the lobby level. Walk-ins are welcome; advance booking is recommended for weekends and groups.
Is room service available 24 hours?
Yes, our Suite includes 24-hour in-room dining. For other room categories, room service runs alongside restaurant timings (Bluet from 7 AM - 1:30 AM; Rivaaz from 12 PM - 3 PM & 7 PM - 12 AM), with a curated late-night menu thereafter from Bluet.
In-Hotel Amenities & Facilities
Is Wi-Fi included in the room rate?
Yes. Free, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for every guest, no codes or charges. It runs across all rooms, the lobby, restaurants and banquet halls.
Is on-site parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is provided for all guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team is happy to assist with parking on arrival.
Hotel Policies & House Rules
Can children stay with parents in the same room?
Yes, up to 2 children below 12 years can stay in the same room with parents using existing bedding, free of charge. Extra beds can be arranged for an additional charge, subject to room availability. Please mention any child policy needs at the time of booking so we can prepare the room accordingly.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted at the hotel. Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome, please notify the front desk in advance so we can prepare your room appropriately.
Is smoking permitted in the rooms?
All rooms and indoor public areas are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available on-site at the hotel, please ask the front desk for directions. A deep-clean fee applies if smoking is detected inside a room.

How far is the hotel from Mumbai Central station and the airport?
Mumbai Central Railway Station is approximately a 5-minute walk (~450 m) along Bellasis Road. Santacruz Domestic Airport (T1) is around 22 km (~50 minutes by car) and Chhatrapati Shivaji International (T2) is around 25 km (~55 minutes).

Do you offer airport transfers?
Airport pickups and drop-offs can be arranged through the front desk at an additional charge. Santacruz Domestic (T1) is approximately 22 km away (~50 minutes by car) and Chhatrapati Shivaji International (T2) is approximately 25 km (~55 minutes). Please share your flight details at least 24 hours in advance.
Hosting Meetings & Events
How do I book a banquet hall or enquire about events?
We have 5 banquet venues, Capers (up to 40), Aster I & II (up to 50 each), and Vinca I & II (up to 150 each, combinable to host up to 350 floating).
